Basic Disclosures provide details of any convictions considered unspent under The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 - any employer is entitled to this information.

Basic Disclosures are required when obtaining personal licences and airside passes. They can be carried out for employees that do not work with children or vulnerable adults e.g. in retail, offices or for driving positions.
